Does Apartments.com Canada accept Subleases?

When you submit a listing on Apartments.com Canada, there is a section of the submission form that asks for your role. Presently there is role option for the tenant, so we do not accept these types of listings, be it a sublet or lease takeover.  

If you're trying to break or sell a lease, Apartments.com Canada requests the listing be submitted by the home owner, property manager, or agent representing the owner. Further, you're allowed to put your contact information on the listing, as long as it's submitted by whoever operates the rental.
