How do I schedule a tour using SmartRent?
Requesting a tour
- Select Schedule Tour on any SmartRent-enabled listing.
A tour scheduler pop-up appears.
- Enter your contact information and select Request Tour.
Your tour request is submitted, and a pop-up appears. You will receive both a text and email confirmation.
- Navigate to your email and locate your email confirmation from SmartRent. Select View Tour to begin the scheduling process.

Scheduling a tour
- Select the unit you want to schedule a tour for, and then select Continue.
The Schedule a time page appears.
- Select the date and time you want to tour the property, then select Continue.
A Contact Information page appears.
- Enter your phone number, opt into receiving texts from SmartRent, and then select Send Code.
A Verification page appears.
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone.
A Tour Agreement page appears.
- Agree to the Privacy Policy, Photo Disclosure, and COVID-19 Policy, then select Continue.
A Contact Information page appears.
- Enter your first, last name, and email into the fields and then opt into receiving tour-related text messages.
- Select Continue.
The Driver's License page appears.
Important: If you are on a desktop device, you will receive an email to continue the tour scheduling process on your mobile device. Follow the instructions in the email to continue scheduling your tour.
- Select the camera icon to capture images of your driver's license.
After you've successfully taken pictures of your license, the Selfie Upload page appears.
- Select the Upload Selfie button to continue.
After successfully uploading a photo of yourself, your tour is scheduled, and the process is complete.
Note: If you need to reschedule or cancel your tour, navigate to the bottom of your tour confirmation screen and select the Reschedule Tour or Cancel Tour buttons, respectively.
