How do I check the status of my application?

You can check the status of your application from the Applications dashboard under Find a Rental. Here you’ll see all the applications you’ve started and submitted, and if your application has been accepted or not.

Application statuses

Pending - If you've applied with co-applicants, a "pending" status means your co-applicants are still filling out the application.

Pending (Guarantor Requested) - The property manager asks the primary applicant add a guarantor or co-applicant.

Submitted - You and any co-applicants have successfully submitted your application.

Accepted - Your application was accepted.

Withdrawn - You've withdrawn your application. 

Declined - The property manager has declined your application.
