Why can't my Consumer Report be viewed?

If you successfully submitted a Consumer Report to a location with the Apply Now feature, and the property manager can't view the report, that can be due to a number of factors. 

New citizens, college students, first-time renters, and those without a credit history can run into this problem because there isn't enough information to be gathered for a  full consumer report. You will know this is the case if under the Application section there is the phrase, submitted not verified, or if both you and the property manager are unable to see a consumer report.
