How do I deactivate my account?

When you've found your new apartment, we recommend keeping your account on active in case you need to search for a new place to live in the near or far future. But, if for any reason you no longer need our services, there are a number of ways to disable an account. 

If you don't need the account at the moment, but plan on using again, we recommend deactivating the account. This can be done by giving us a call at 844-293-8899, and requesting the account to be deactivated by a customer service representative. You can reactivate the account again by phone request at any time. 

To delete the account and information associated with it, we would need the request to be made in writing by emailing us at To make sure your request is expedited, the request should be sent from the same email associated with the account.
