How do I deactivate my account?
When you've found your new apartment, we advise keeping your account on Apartments.com active in case you need to search for a new place to live in the near or far future. But, if for any reason you no longer need our services, there are a number of ways to disable an account.
If you do not need the account at the moment, but plan on using Apartments.com again, we advise deactivate the account. This can be done by giving us a call at 844-293-8899, and requesting the account to be deactivated by a customer service representative. You can reactivate the account again by phone request at any time.
To delete the account and information associated with it, we would need the request to be made in writing by emailing us at Support@apartments.com. For expediency, the request should be sent from the same email associated with the account.
