How can I apply as a co-applicant?
If you're invited to apply to a rental with a group of renters, you'll receive an email notification from Apartments.com to apply as a co-applicant.
To avoid any issues, we recommend you first create an account using the same email address where you received the invitation. After an account is created using that email address, follow the link in the invitation email to complete the co-applicant portion of the application.
Note: Each applicant will need to run their own reports when applying to a listing. As a co-applicant, you'll be prompted to run your own reports for $29.00 + tax and can apply up to 10 listings within 30 days.
