Why is my Payments balance negative?

When your Account Balance shows a negative amount, it means that you have additional funds in your account. A negative balance is not a bad thing. It simply reflects that you have paid more than you owe. 

If your account balance is zero, then you are up to date on your payments. If your account balance is positive, it means you owe payment, whether it be for rent, fees, etc.
