I applied but haven't heard if I've been accepted. What should I do next?

Application reviews are performed by the property owner or manager. If you have an outstanding application, we recommend checking the status of it under the Applications tab on Renter Tools. 

If you have any concerns about a delay in the approval of an application, you should reach out to the property manager to confirm the status of it, using the phone number on the listing or any other contact information provided. 

Bear in mind that Apartments.com cannot approve and/or reject an application, so all disputes and questions would need to be run by the contact on the application or listing.
