Does Apartments.com accept Subleases?

When you submit a listing on Apartments.com, there will be a section of the submission form that asks for your role. Presently there is no role for the tenant, so we do not accept these types of listings, be it a sublet or lease takeover.  

If you're trying to break or sell a lease, Apartments.com request the listing be submitted by the home owner, property manager or agent representing the owner. Further, you're allowed to put your contact information on the listing, as long as it's submitted by whoever operates the rental.
