How do I skip a payment?

To skip one or more automatic payments through Apartments.com:

  1. Go to your Payments page
  2. Click "Edit Auto Pay Details" under "Auto Pay: On"
  3. Click in the box under "Start Auto Pay On" to change the date to any date in the future when you'd like to start paying through Apartments.com again.
  4. Click "Save changes"
