How do I turn off my Auto Pay?

With Apartments.com, you're in complete control of your payments. You can turn off automatic payments if you've set them up any time. 

To turn off your automatic payments:

  1. Visit your Payments page under My Home
  2. Click Edit Auto Pay Details under Auto Pay: On
  3. Click Turn Off
  4. You will see the "Auto payments are off" confirmation

You can re-enable automatic payments again at any time.
