How do I change my Auto Pay amount or send date?

(For renters)

To change your monthly Auto Pay setup, log into your Apartments.com account and visit Renter Tools in the left hand menu. From here, go to your Payments tab and select Edit under 'Auto Pay: On'. 

On your Auto Pay page, you can make changes in 3 spots:

• Rent payment amount
• Date to send your automatic payment
• Turn off Auto Pay which will stop future monthly automatic payments

To change the payment amount:

1. Change the 'Amount' field to your new rent payment amount
2. Set the 'Send payment on' date to the first day you'd like to make this payment (and set a last payment date if you'd like)
3. Click Save changes

To skip or change the payment date:

1. In the 'Send payment on' box, select any date in the future when you'd like to start paying through Apartments.com again.
2. Click Save changes

To cancel an upcoming payment:

1. Click Turn off
2. An 'Auto payments are off' confirmation will pop up,

Tip: Turning off your Auto Pay won't stop any in-progress payments but will cancel all future payments.
