What happens after I submit my Application?

Did you submit an application online and wonder to yourself what's next? 

After you've applied to a listing, your application and screening reports should be immediately available for you and the property manager to view. 
Do you have a co-applicant or guarantor?
Keep in mind that if you apply to a listing with a group of people and there are any outstanding applications, then the property lister won't be able to view your reports until everyone has completed and submitted their applications.
You'll be able to view your own reports as soon as you run them on Apartments.com but you'll want to make sure that whoever you're applying with also submits their application too so the property lister isn't waiting!

Tip: Each applicant will pay the $29 + tax for their own consumer reports.

How do I check the status of an application?

Sign into your account using  Sign In in the upper-right on Apartments.com

Go to  Menu in the upper left, selecting My Home and then Residences
