How do I pay with a different bank account?
You can change the account you pay with on Apartments.com anytime. To change the account you pay with, you'll replace it with another account or card. Here's how:
- Go to the Menu, selecting My Home and then Payments
- Click the View All Transactions, followed by Make a Payment and then Add a New Account
- Choose if you'd like to use a debit/credit card or a bank account
- For those who select a bank account, you will then have the option to manually input the checking and routing number or utilize Plaid that will verify the account
Note: If you add a new checking account manually, you'll need to be sure that you complete your bank account verification before payments will process. More on verifying your account can be found in this guide.
